纳米二氧化钛涂料降解甲醛的研究

摘要:由于室内装修引起的甲醛污染日益严重,引起了人们的普遍关注。用作污染物深度净化的光催化氧化法是近年来的研究热点。 本文在阐述室内环境污染的来源和危害的基础上,利用自行设计的空气净化实验装置,将制得的 TiO2涂膜放置于自制的光催化反应器中,研究纳米二氧化钛涂料对甲醛的光催化降解作用。通过试验发现: (1)甲醛的浓度随光照时间的延长而降低 (2)甲醛的降解率随光照时间的延长而增大 (3)二氧化钛涂膜的厚度对甲醛的降解率没有影响 (4)二氧化钛涂料对降解甲醛具有可重复性 结果表明所制得的纳米二氧化钛涂料对甲醛的降解率达到80%以上,即对甲醛具有很强的催化降解能力同时具有很好的环保性能。

Study On Nanometer Titanium Dioxide Coating Degenerate Formaldehyde
Abstract:Formaldehyde (HCHO) is still a major indoor air pollutant in airtight houses. It has been the subject of numerous complaints regarding health disorders in residents. This article in elaboration indoor environment pollution origin and in harm foundation, an air purification device was designed. TiO2 film was placed in this devoice。An air purification device was designed. And we find from the result of the experiments: (1) The density of the formaldehyde was reduced with extension of time of the illumination (2) The degradation rate of the formaldehyde increased with extension of time of the illumination (3) The thickness of the TiO2 coating have no effect on degradation rate of the formaldehyde (4) Oxidizing the titanium coating can be used repeatability in degrading the formaldehyde So we can know from the result that the degradation rate of the formaldehyde by TiO2 coating could arrived 80%, so TiO2 coating has high photo catalytic activity and it have very good performance in protecting the environment.
