氧化铜纳米稻草的制备及其场发射性质

摘要:在本文当中我们将采用一种非常简便的方法来制备氧化铜纳米材料,该方法在常温常压的情况下可以在铜衬底表面大量的生长氧化铜纳米稻草。不用模板、催化剂且生长的纳米稻草排列整齐。通过对样品进行XRD(X射线衍射)测试、Raman Shift(拉曼普)光谱测试和SEM(扫描电镜)的图像拍摄,我们确定该样品即为氧化铜。除此之外我们对于这种多尖端的样品进行场发射的测试,发现该样品具有很好的场发射特性。

Fabrication and Field Emission Property of CuO Nanohaulm
Abstract:In this paper we will demonstrate an extremely easy way to synthesize the CuO nanohaulm. Our method is on the normal temperature and normal pressure, can fabricate mass CuO nanohaulm which is grown on the surface of the substrate Cu. The nanohaulm grows in order although doesn’t have the catalyst and the template. After that we use the XRD (X-ray diffraction) and the SEM (scanning electron microscope) to identify our specimen, we can make sure our specimen is CuO and the morphology. Except that we also do the experiment of the Field Emission property of our specimen. The results show the great characterization.
