IT技术人员公平感与工作满意度的关系研究

摘要:本文以IT技术人员为对象,探讨了公平感与工作满意度之间的关系。在相关文献和研究基础上,经因子分析得到公平感的四个维度:分配公平、程序公平、领导公平和信息公平,以及工作满意度的四个维度:工作本身、工作回报、工作关系和组织管理。数据分析的结果表明,公平感的各维度与工作满意度及其各维度显著正相关,并对工作满意度有不同程度的影响和预测作用。对工作满意度的各维度进行多元回归分析发现,信息公平对工作本身满意度的预测力最强,分配公平对工作回报满意度的预测力最强,领导公平对工作关系满意度的预测力最强,程序公平则对组织管理有最强预测力。

Research on the Relationship between IT Technical Staff’s Justice Perceptions and Job Satisfaction
Abstract:This paper explores the relationship between justice perceptions and job satisfaction by taking IT technical staff as the object. On the base of a lot of research documents, it got the structures of justice perceptions and job satisfaction by factor analysis. Justice perceptions exited four dimensions: distributive, procedural, leader and informational justice. Job satisfaction also exited four dimensions: job itself, job reward, job relationship and organizational management. The results of data analysis indicated that each dimension of justice perceptions was positively related to each dimension of job satisfaction, and had forecast effect on job satisfaction. After a mutiple regression analysis, it showed that informational justice took the most significant and positive effect on job itself satisfaction, distributive justice took the most significant and positive effect on job reward satisfaction, leader justice took the most significant and positive effect on job relationship satisfaction, procedural justice took the most significant and positive effect on organizational management satisfaction.
