植物纤维原料化学成分分析的新方法—近红外光谱法的原理及应用

摘要:为了筛选可用于纺织加工的新型天然植物资源,进行新型植物纤维原料的纤维制备工作,需对各种天然植物资源的化学成分进行准确定量分析,为其纺织加工工艺及参数的制定提供依据。目前纺织行业一般使用的对植物纤维原料成分定量分析的化学方法耗时较长,而近红外光谱方法(NIRS)作为一种现代成分分析方法,可以迅速准确地对植物纤维原料的化学成分进行预测。本文将对近红外光谱方法的机理,植物成分定量分析研究进展及其优缺点进行概述,为近红外光谱在纺织领域应用提供一种新的思路。

Mechanism and Application of Near Infrared Spectroscopy— A New Method of Forecasting the Chemical Composition of Plant Fibre Materials
Abstract:To select new natural plant resources that can be used in textile processing to doing the fiber preparation, the chemical composition of each new natural plant resource should be accurately studied with quantitative analysis, which provides the basis for formulating textile processing technology and its parameter. At present plant fibre materials are usually analyzed and tested in chemical way which takes a long time. However, Near Infrared Spectroscopy (NIRS) technology, as a modern component analysis method, can forecast the chemical composition of plant materials accurately and rapidly. This paper summarizes the mechanism of near infrared spectroscopy, the development, advantages and disadvantages of quantitative analysis of plant component, proposing another way for applying NIRS in textile industry.
