系统科学视角下的现代创业型大学的教育结构及创业教育

摘要:本文详细分析了构成创业型大学教育体系的四个要素内涵;运用数学集合和结构示意图两种形式阐释了现代大学(包括创业型大学)的空间教育结构;解释了除通识教育外其他学术教育、专业教育与创业教育三个要素集合域空间对应的复合型人才培养的类型;从系统的整体性、要素关联性角度分析了在研究型大学融入创业教育体系新要素的必要性;提出了大学确定要培养何种人才的漏斗筛选原则。通过大学与社会的“契合度”定义,分析了大学为自身培养学者职业型人才“契合度”相对较高,为社会培养非学者职业型人才 “契合度”较低的原因。本文提出了三个新的理念:在通识教育中要增加高等职业通识教育的理念;“大学引领社会发展使命是通过培养引领科技、思想文化、经济、产业、事业发展人才实现的”理念;创业型大学应是学术教育、专业教育与创业教育互补均衡发展的教育体系理念;

The Education Structure and Entrepreneurship Education of Modern Entrepreneurial University in View of Systematic Science
Abstract:This paper analyzes four key factors which constitute of entrepreneurial university educational structure. The Dimensional education structures of the modern universities concluded entrepreneurial university which as one type of research universities is explained in forms of mathematic sets and sketch maps. The varied kinds of compound talents students will bring up after they accept academic education, professional education, or entrepreneurial education separately and together is presented. The necessity of entrepreneurship education construction in a research university in views of holistic system and relevant elements is analyzed. The hopper screening principles is suggested according to university’s training objective. The reason why students are more appropriated as a scholar than as talents for social-needs is explained by defining “the degree of corresponding between universities and society”. The three new ideas are presented in this paper: the idea of adding higher vocational general education to general education; the goal for a university to lead social developing is done through cultivating the powered persons who can lead technology, thoughts, culture, economy, industry and career development respectively; the educational system in entrepreneurial universities should be equilibrium development among academic education, professional education and entrepreneurship education beside general education .
