聚四氟乙烯铝合金复合膜成膜条件对耐蚀性能的影响

摘要:选用钼酸钠、氟化钠、高锰酸钾为主、辅盐,在PH值为2,成膜温度为40℃和成膜时间为20min的条件下,制备了铝合金化学转化膜,之后在PTFE的乳液中进行聚四氟乙烯铝合金复合膜的制备,研究了不同PTFE的浓度、成膜时间、成膜温度对复合膜耐蚀性能的影响规律,得到PTFE的浓度、成膜时间、成膜温度的最佳工艺条件分别是2g/L、40min、80℃。通过耐蚀性、耐磨性等性能检测,表现出良好的防腐蚀和耐磨的性能。

Reseach on Process Conditions of PTFE /Aluminium Alloy Compound Film
Abstract:Using natrium molybdate, sodium fluorin and potassium permanganate as agents of the process with PH=2,40℃ of reaction temperature and 20 minutes of reaction time, it gains aluminium alloy chemical conversion films. Then using PTFE emulsion, aluminium alloy compound films are obtained. It studies the influence of different PTFE emulsion concentration, time and temperature on anti-corrosion properties. The best process conditions are 2g/L of PTFE emulsion, 40 min of reaction time, 80℃ of reaction temperature. After testing the properties such as corrosion-resistance and abrasion resistance, it shows better anti-corrosion and anti-abrasion resistance.
