高氮奥氏体不锈钢室温疲劳断口分析

摘要:研究了新型高氮奥氏体不锈钢24Mn18Cr3Ni0.62N在室温条件下拉-拉疲劳行为,并对疲劳断口形貌进行观察分析。结果表明:S-N曲线呈阶梯状下降趋势,平缓区对应载荷应力约为410 Mpa,为条件疲劳强度;疲劳断口特征明显,可清晰的观察到疲劳条带、解理台阶、沿晶裂纹、瓦纳线以及二次裂纹。

Research on the Fatigue Fracture of High Nitrogen Austenitic Stainless Steel At Room Temperature
Abstract:24Mn-18Cr-3Ni-0.62N austenitic stainless steel had been studied by tensile-tensile fatigue test at room temperature.Then fracture morphology of fatigue samples was obtained from scanning electron microscopy (SEM )observation and the fracture mechanism was given under preliminary analysis.The research shows that: S-N curved line displayed the stepladder-like trend downwards.The flat slope of S-N curve was approximately at the stess 410 Mpa,which is the condition fatigue strength; Observation from microscopic fracture morphology showed that there were fatiguestriations,river pattern,cleavagesteps,intergranular cracks, wallner lines and the secondary cracks in fatigue crack propagation area.
