骨组织电学特性的临床应用

摘要:对骨组织而言,正常的生理活动可导致骨骼的局部变形,即应变、微观损伤、压电电位、骨小管内液体流动和流动电位。骨内电现象主要包括压电、动电和生物电,这些电生理特性被广泛的应用于骨的治疗。本文总结了国内外利用电刺激促进骨形成与重建以及在牙齿、骨替代材料等领域应用进展。

The clinical applications of osseous tissue electric character
Abstract:To bone tissue, the normal physiological activity can lead to skeleton’s distortion、strain、microcosmic wound、piezoelectricity potential、liquid flowing in bone’s small pipes and stream potential. Intraosseous electric phenomenons are mainly including piezoelectric、electrokinetic and bioelectricity ,thses electric physiological property have been widely used in bone’ clinical cure. The new research and application of using electric stimulus in bone-rebuilding as well as tooth 、bone-alternative materials etc fields were surveyed in this paper.
