新型轻钢龙骨体系异形框架模型的简化与有限元分析

摘要:无比钢结构是一种新型的轻钢龙骨体系,我国现有的结构软件无法直接对其进行设计和计算,特别是针对一些异型结构,采用简化的模型和有限元分析是一种较好的选择。介绍了现阶段无比钢结构的组成、做法和改进,提出了一榀框架有限元建模的简化方法,并以一榀异型框架(“八”字型)为例,采用ABAQUS软件包分析了结构在风载和地震荷载下的水平位移,且与规范要求的最大值进行比较。结果表明,按照简化方法为基础对该榀异型框架的有限元建模和分析,在风灾和地震作用下计算得到的该榀框架的层间和水平位移均可满足规范要求。

The SIMPLIFY OF IRREGULAR STRUCTURE AND FINITE ELEMENT ANALYSIS OF WEB LIGHT GAUGE JOIST STEEL SYSTEM
Abstract:Web light gauge steel joist system (Web steel) is a new type of light steel structure,because the current structure software in China cann’t be directly used to design and analyze this kind of structure, especialy for some irregular structure , using the simpify and finite element method is a better choice. The sructure composition and improvement of web steel are introduced ,the simplify of the building technique of finite element model is provided. Taking a piece of irregular structure as an example, the horizontal displacement of the building under the wind load and earthquake was analyzed using ABAQUS6.5 software, which was compared with the code value. Based on the simplified building method of finite element model, the inter-storey and top horizontal displacement can be smaller than the code values for the irregular structure under the wind load and earthquake.
