简析中国大陆股市ST股生存之道

摘要：本文以2005年至2007年中国股市行情为样本，研究得出股票投资者缺乏投资经验以及目前“壳”资源的稀缺性是ST股受“追捧”的主要原因。其次，股票估值偏差是价值投资法失效于ST股的原因。最后，提出在估计上市公司价值时应将“壳”价值包含在内。

Analysis on the Survival Principles of ST Shares in Chinese Mainland Stock Market

Abstract：This paper analyzes the sample of the mainland stock market from 2005 to 2007, and gets the conclusion that the experience deficiency of investors in stocks and the scarcity of “shell” resources in stock market at present are main reasons for the purchasement of ST shares. Then, the deviation of the evalution of stocks is the principal reason why value investing fails in ST shares. “Shell” values should be included while evaluating public companies.
