电Fenton法处理苯酚模拟废水的工况研究

摘要:用电Fenton法处理苯酚模拟废水。以石墨板为阴极,铁板为阳极,用空气压缩机向阴极曝气。通过正交试验和单因素实验,研究PH值、电压、苯酚浓度和极板间距对苯酚去除率的影响。最佳工况为电压20V,苯酚浓度为200mg/L,电解质Na2SO4浓度为0.05mol/L,极板间距为3.5cm,PH值2.5。

Study on the conditionof Phenol simulated wastewater with E-Fenton process
Abstract:In this paper the phenol wastewater was treated by E-Fenton reagent. The electrodes takes iron as anode and ACF as cathode, and the air was blown to the cathode by the air compressor. Through the orthogonal test and the single factor experiment, the influences of PH、Voltage、phenol concentration and plate distance to removal rate of phenol were studied. The optimal operating conditions were determined as follows: voltage: 20V, phenol concentration: 200mg/L, concentration of Na2SO4 : 0.05mol/L, plate distance: 3.5cm,PH: 2.5.
