微尺度下电磁驱动流体混合特性研究

摘要:对小型电磁驱动流体动力搅拌混合器的特性进行了理论分析和实验研究。该小型电磁动力混合器由聚碳酸脂和黄铜采用常规机械加工方法加工而成。研究中采用的流体为硫酸铜溶液。为了观察流体在电磁力作用下的搅拌混合运动,在流体中加入示踪物质。采用图像采集技术记录流体的流动过程,用自编的图像处理软件对流体速度场进行分析。建立了混合器的理论模型,并运用计算流体力学软件FLUENT,并编写UDF(用户自定义函数)对其动力特性进行了数值分析,理论结果与实验结果相吻合。该小型电磁动力混合器可用于微管道流动的混合控制研究。

Abstract:This paper studied the characteristics of an electromagnetic stirring chamber theoretically and experimentally. The MHD stirring chamber was fabricated with ordinary brass and polycarbonate plate by conventional machining method. The fluid used in the study is bluestone solution. The tracer stuff was added into the solution to visualize the stirring movement. The fluid’s flow was recorded by image acquisition technique. The velocity field is measured and analyzed by the processing image software programmed by myself. The theory model of stirring chamber was established, and its dynamic characteristics were analyzed numerically by using the software package of FLUENT and programming user-defined function. The theory results accord with the experiment results very well. The MHD stirring chamber can apply to the research of mixing control in micro-conduit flow.
