天然甲醛去除剂制备及在棉织物上的应用

摘要:本文通过对茶叶有效成分醇提工艺进行优化,通过酒石酸亚铁法确定最佳提取工艺;然后对茶叶提取液在棉织物上进行固着,并用金属离子处理上述棉织物,获得了具有去除甲醛功能且耐洗性好的棉织物。实验结果表明:乙醇回流提取最佳工艺:乙醇浓度7O%、料液比为1︰2O、温度7O℃、时间3O min;茶叶提取液直接处理到棉织物上,对空气中甲醛的去除率达到89.5%;经金属铜离子、锌离子、铁离子处理后棉织物对甲醛的去除率有所提高,分别达到91.2%、91.8%、90.8%;棉织物经茶叶提取液处理并10次水洗之后,仍对甲醛有较好去除效果,对甲醛的去除率为80%以上。

Study on preparation of natural Formaldehyde cleanser
Abstract:In this paper, TP(tea polyphenol) were extracted by ethanolic extraction, the method was investigated by Spectrophotometric Determination of TP with Ferrous Tartrate; Then the cotton finished by tea extraction, finished by metal ions(copper ions and zinc ions, iron) ,then eliminate the formaldehyde and get the washable fabric. The results showed that: Optimized process parameters of the ethanolic extraction were 70% ethanolic concentration,the material to liquor 1︰20, temperature 70℃,30 min。 the cotton fabric finished by tea extract, the formaldehyde degradation rate of the cotton fabric achieved 89.5 percent, and then cotton fabric treated by metal ions(copper ions and zinc ions, iron), the formaldehyde degradation rate has increased 91.2 percent, 91.8 percent, 90.8 percent; Cotton fabrics by the tea extract finished and washed 10 times, still have better removal of formaldehyde, the formaldehyde degradation rate was 85.4 percent.
