高校图书馆信息咨询工作中信息不对称成因及抑制对策

摘要:本文概述了信息不对称基本原理,运用该原理对高校图书馆信息咨询工作中信息不对称的原因进行了分析,认为主要原因包括:图书馆信息咨询人员和信息咨询用户的学科背景不同造成的信息不对称、知识结构、从业经验不同造成的信息不对称、沟通、了解不够造成的信息不对称、图书馆信息咨询人员对信息产品宣传介绍不够造成的信息不对称、信息咨询用户的信息意识差异造成的信息不对称。并有针对性地逐条提出了抑制对策,即高校图书馆信息咨询人员专业背景要多元化、复合化;信息咨询工作的业务模式、流程应标准化、规范化;信息咨询人员应借助现代科技手段加强、改善与信息咨询用户的沟通;采取灵活、多样的形式强化对图书馆信息产品、信息咨询服务的宣传;应加大对信息用户的培训力度,提高其信息意识,以求尽量减少信息咨询工作中的不对称现象。

The cause of university Library information consulting’s Information Dissymmetry and countermeasures
Abstract: the article summarize the theory of information dissymmetry,then analysis the cause of university library information consulting’s information dissymmetry,consider the reasons of university library information consulting’s information dissymmetry include: different background of subject, different knowledge structure and professional experience lack of communication and understand between library information consulting workers and information consulting consumer,and give countermeasures to restrain it,the countermeasures are university library information consulting workers’subject background are complex varieties, the information consulting working mode should be standard, information consulting workers should improve the communication with information consulting consumers by modern technological measures, enhance advertising result to library information products and information consulting services through many new forms, give more education to information consumers to increase their information consciousness.
