双盘转-静系统的轴向摩擦振动

摘要:本文利用弯曲变形和微小角位移矢量合成理论,推导出圆盘与封严圈之间的轴向碰撞力和摩擦力计算公式,并根据力矩相等原则,将轴向碰撞力转化为作用于盘心的横向力,进而建立考虑轴向碰摩的单跨双盘转子-静子的弯扭耦合振动方程。采用数值方法,计算、分析轴向摩擦对转子运动的影响。通过给出系统响应随转速变化的分岔图和轴向碰撞力、特定转速下的轴心轨迹、相图、幅值谱和Poincaré映射等,分析间隙变化、双盘和单盘摩擦等不同情况下的摩擦运动特征。研究表明,轴向摩擦导致系统出现多周期和混沌的横向运动,而圆盘扭转运动则能够较直接地反映轴向摩擦的严重程度。

Vibration of a two-disc rotor-stator system with axial rubs
Abstract:The calculating models of the axial contact force and the friction force between the discs and sealing flanges of the stator are deduced using the bending theory and the micro-angular displacement composition theory. The axial contact forces are converted into the radial forces based on the equivalent moment rule. Then lateral-torsional coupling vibration equations of a single-span-two-disc rotor-stator system are established with consideration of axial rubs. Using the numerical simulation method, the influence of axial rubs on rotor motion is analyzed. Through giving bifurcation diagram, axial contact forces diagram, axis orbit, phase trajectory, amplitude spectrum, Poincaré section map and etc, the characteristics of friction motion are analyzed under the conditions of clearance change, two disk friction and single disk friction respectively. The results show that when axial rubs happen, the system will display multiple periodic and chaos transverse motion, while severity of axial rubs can be reflected directly the torsional motion of the discs.
