热管连铸结晶器数值模拟

摘要:传统连铸加工过程中采用水冷却,水冷却方式传热效率低还容易发生金属反应。热管由于其具有的高效传热效率、良好的等温性能,用其代替水冷将提高连铸的生产效率,得到品质优良的型材。本文将对连铸结晶器内的钢液凝固过程进行数值模拟,了解其凝固过程的温度分布,为后期的实验做指导。

Application of Heat Pipe Technology in Magnesium Alloy Continuous Casting
Abstract:In traditional continuous casting procedure, water cooling as main method with lower efficiency heat transfer and easier metal reaction is not suitable. It is used heat pipe as replaced plant in continuous casting due to its fine performance in high heat transfer efficiency and isothermal character. This paper simulates the solidification process to find out the solidification temperature distribution and as a guidance to the latter experiment.
