南京市溧水县圩区排涝模数计算与思考

摘要:随着城市化进程的加快,原有的排涝动力不能满足发展的要求,累积的内涝损失远远高于洪水损失。合理规划圩区排涝能力不但可以形成科学、高效的防洪排涝体系,而且是可持续发展的重要保证。本文通过在南京溧水排涝规划中的计算与思考,提出适合当地发展的排涝标准与合理化建议。

Calculation And Thinking Of Drainage Modulus Of Diked Area at Nanjing,Lishui
Abstract:With the acceleration of urbanization process,original drainage power Can not satisfy the the requirements of development, the accumulation waterlogging loses is much higher than the flood losses. Reasonable planning drainage capacity of the dyked areas not only can create a scientific and efficient flood control drainage system, and is an important guarantee for sustainable development. Based on Calculation and thinking of Lishui drainage planning,the paper proposed drainage standards and rationalization proposals which is suitable for local development.
