基于虚拟样机技术的齿轮故障仿真研究

摘要:本文借助ADAMS建立了某齿轮传动系统的虚拟样机模型,并分别对构造的齿形误差和断齿两种故障进行了动态特性仿真分析。通过比较正常和故障两种状态下的动态特性,找出两种故障的故障特征。仿真结果表明与理论分析相符,验证了借助虚拟样机技术进行故障模拟仿真的可行性,进而为故障特征的提取探索了一种新的方法。

Study on Virtual-Prototype-Based Fault Simulation of a Gear
Abstract:Developing the virtual prototype of a gear system, with the aid of ADAMS, and simulating under different fault conditions : tooth profile error and a broken tooth respectively. By comparing dynamic characteristics under the normal system with the fault one, the fault characteristics are extracted. As the result shows, the simulation results is the same as theoretical analysis, confirming the feasibility of fault simulation based on virtual prototype technology , so, a new way to extract the fault feature is explored.
