摘要:针对减速器基于UG进行虚拟装配,介绍了虚拟装配技术,在分析了虚拟装配技术基本思想后,提出在减速器设计中实施虚拟装配技术的方法和途径,并介绍了虚拟装配中的简要步骤,验证了减速器虚拟装配及干涉检验等。实现了减速器在虚拟环境中的产品开发设计过程,缩短了产品开发周期。该技术在机械设计制造、汽车制造等领域有实用价值。
