两种硅壳荧光染料纳米颗粒的制备及荧光光谱的研究

摘要:本文分别以荧光染料荧光素钠和曙红作为内核,以正硅酸乙酯水解形成的二氧化硅为包核,制备了两种嵌合荧光染料的硅纳米颗粒;并研究了其荧光光谱性质。结果表明,分散有硅壳荧光染料纳米颗粒的水溶液的荧光光谱与荧光染料水溶液的荧光光谱是一致的,因此,这是一种固定荧光染料并可实现荧光染料应用价值的简单可行的好方法。

Preparation and Fluorescence Properties of Two Sort of Fluorescnt Dye Separately Doped Core-shell Silica Nanoparticals
Abstract:In this paper, two fluorescent dyes separately doped core-shell silica fluorescent nanoparticles were synthesized, with sodium fluorescein and eosin as the cores and the silica produced from the hydrol-ysis TEOS( tetraethyl orthosilicate) as the shell. Their fluorescence spectra were investigated. The results show that the fluorescence spectra of the water solution containing fluorescent dye doped core-shell silica fluorescent nanoparticles consist with that of fluorescent dye water solution. Therefore, this is a simple method for fixing fluorescent dyes and realizing their application values.
