有机聚阳离子分子膜驱油剂合成与驱油效果评价

摘要:通过环氧氯丙烷和二甲胺在过硫酸钾-亚硫酸钠引发体系引发下,在水溶液中按自由基和开环聚合同时进行的聚合方式合成了一种有机聚阳离子双季铵盐分子膜驱油剂,并进行了红外光谱和核磁共振分析。分析结果证明:产物为设计的有机聚阳离子分子膜驱油剂。通过微观岩心光刻模型分析了膜驱剂在驱替过程中的运移和分布规律。并结合河南油田双河北块II4-5层系天然岩心的驱替实验来评价膜驱剂的驱油效率。实验结果表明:最终采出程度达到59.19%,水驱后采收率提高了10.7%。证明合成的分子膜驱油剂能很好的提高原油采收率。

The Valuation On Flooding Efficiency And Synthesis Of
Abstract:Epichlorohydrin and dimethylamine are Synthesised by a way of free radical polymerization and ring-opening polymerization in aqueous solution under Persulfate - sulfite Initiation System.It is a tpye of organic synthesis polycation bisquats molecular film and analysised for IR and NMR analysis. The analysis result shows that the product of this organic synthesis polycation bisquats molecular。And Study on migration and distribution rules of molecular film in the process of displacement by the lithography microscopic model. At the same time, core flooding experiments are done to evaluate the membrane displacement agent oil displacement efficiency with natural block of Shuanghe Beikuai II4-5 Henan Oilfield block. Displacement results show that ultimate produced ratio is high to 59.19% and the recovery ratio improves 10.7%.It proves that MD film is a good finishes to enhance oil recovery.
