滚珠轴承钢珠装配中的力学分析

摘要:在轴承的使用过程中,最常见的就是滚珠轴承了。然而在滚珠轴承生产装配过程中,最后一球的加入是一个非常复杂的问题,往往都是通过机械加载装置加入的。由于不能精确计算出施加最后一球的外载荷大小,常常都是通过经验实现来施加外载荷的,因而出现很多资源浪费的情况,这也是滚轴轴承装配过程中必须面对和解决的问题。本文研究的正是在轴承装配过程中,外圈受力大小与发生弹性变形的变形量之间的对应关系,采用相关力学知识,通过修正现有的近似计算方法,给出更加精确的求解轴承外圈受力的关系式,为轴承装配过程提供更加经济的外载荷,从而节省装配成本提高生产效益。

The Mechanics analysis in Steel Ball Assembly of Ball Bearing
Abstract:During the using of bearing, the most familiar exactly is ball bearing. But in ball bearing assembly process, it is an extremely complex question on the last ball’s joining. It is accomplished by mechanical loading equipment normally. Because it is difficult to calculate out the loading which imposing on the last ball, it is accomplished by experience. So there is a lot of wasting and it have to face with during the loading. This article studies the relations between the addendum circle stress and the elastic deformation in the bearing assembly process, and improves existing approximate calculation method, produces more accurate formula to solve the stress on bearing addendum circle with the knowledge of mechanics. It also provides more reasonable out loading, save assembly cost and improve production.
