双缺口剪切实验试件尺寸效应的数值模拟

摘要:为了得到更高的应变率下材料的动态力学性能,我们将传统的Hopkinson压杆改装成Hopkinson剪切实验装置,我们利用该装置已对无氧铜试件进行了不同应变率下的剪切实验,但还存在一定问题,我们认为试件缺口部分尺寸对实验结果会产生较大的影响。因此我们利用LS_DYNA对其进行了数值模拟,分析了试件缺口部分不同宽高比对实验结果的影响。

Numerical Simulation for Size Effect of the SHPB Dynamic Two-gap shearing Test
Abstract:In order to get the dynamic mechanical properties of materials for higher strain-rate, we refited the traditional Hopkinson pressure bar to shearing device, we have to use the device to make some shearing experiment with the oxygen-free copper sample for different strain-rates. However, there is still a problem, we believe that the sample size will have a greater influence for experiment results.So we research size effect with LS_DYNA and analysis the influence of the different aspect ratio for the shearing test.
