大黄鱼排氨率通式研究

摘要:对于鱼类能量代谢的研究是现代养殖学的理论基础。其中,由于代谢过程主要受到体重与温度的双重影响,因此,建立鱼类代谢(以排氨率表征)与体重、温度关系的通式方程十分必要。本文以浙江沿岸网箱养殖大黄鱼已有文献数据,采用SPSS软件进行多元非线性回归分析,以三种方程形式(线性函数、幂函数、指数函数)进行拟合比较研究,得到的大黄鱼排氨率与体重(W)、温度(T)之间的三种关系表达式分别为:RN = 0.755T-0.014W+0.924(R2 = 0.692),An = 1.051W-0.033 T 0.935(R2 = 0.69),RS = 49.49W-0.059• e-17.636/T(R2 = 0.734)。并根据幂函数方程进行推算,得到了50 ~ 500克大黄鱼在不同季节的个体饵料理论需求量。

Study on expression of NH3-N excretion rate of Yellow croaker
Abstract:The study of fish energy metabolism is the theoretical foundation of modern aquaculture. Metabolic process is mainly influenced by both body weight and temperature, so it is important to set up an equation which can show the relationship between fish metabolism (characterized by NH3-N excretion rate) and body weight, temperature. This study based on some data from the former documents of cage-cultured Yellow croaker in Zhejiang province, using SPSS software to do the regression analysis with the data, then through comparing three expression forms (linear function, power function and exponential function) of NH3-N excretion rate of Yellow croaker, educe the correlativity between body weight (W), temperature (T) and NH3-N excretion rate of Yellow croaker. The expressions can respectively expressed like: RN = 0.755T-0.014W+0.924 (R2 = 0.692), An = 1.051W-0.033 T 0.935 (R2 = 0.69), RS = 49.49W-0.059• e-17.636/T (R2 = 0.734). Then, according to the power function, the study inferred the seasonal ingestion rate of Yellow croaker between 50g and 500g.
