基于统一强度理论计算应力强度因子的研究

摘要:应用统一强度理论,研究受双向拉伸及切应力共同作用下的 复合型裂纹问题,假设考虑 复合型裂纹尖端附近应力场裂纹尖端延长线上的非奇异项应力的影响。给出了包含反应材料拉压性能差异的参数 及反应中间主应力效应的参数 的统一强度公式。通过等效应力 、 ,推导出 复合型裂纹应力强度因子 、 的数学表达式。采用裂纹尖端应力场渐进逼近求得 、 。结果表明跟解析法所求结果一致。

CALCULATION RESEARCH OF THE STRESS INTENSITY FACTOR BASED ON THE UNIFIED STRENGTH THEORY
Abstract:The mixed mode crack problems under the joint action of two-way stretch and shear stress are studied by using twin shear unified strength theory.the non-singularity of the impact of stress in mixed mode crack on the online extension of stress crack near the crack tip. The parameters of strength differential effect and the intermediate stress effect are taken into account. Through the equivalent stress, which is deduced the mathematical expressions of the stress intensity factor of the mixed mode crack.hrough the crack tip stress seek gradual approach. The results showed equal with the analytic method for the results.
