常压条件下四丁基溴化铵水溶液水合物形成条件实验研究

摘要:低压水合相变材料是重要的储能材料和水合物形成促进剂。本文利用定容法对质量浓度5%-30%范围内的四丁基溴化铵水溶液的水合相变条件进行了测量。实验结果表明四丁基溴化铵的水合相变温度随着溶液浓度的增大而升高,但当浓度超过20%时相变温度增加的幅度减小。通过条件四丁基溴化铵水溶液的浓度,可获得与空调冷冻水温度一致的水合相变温度。

Experimental Studying of hydrate formation conditions of tetra-n-butyl ammonium bromide solution at atmosphere pressure
Abstract:Those phase change materials, that form hydrate at low pressure, are important materials for energy storage and to be used as additives to improve hydrate formation. Hydrate equilibrium conditions for tetra-n-butyl ammonium bromide aqueous solutions were experimentally measured in the mass fraction from 5 % to 30 %. The experimental results show that the phase change temperature of TBAB hydrate increases with the increase of the concentration of TBAB aqueous solution, but the increment of temperature decreases when the TBAB solution mass fraction exceeds 20 %. The experimental results also show that phase change temperature of TBAB solution is easily fit for the chilled water temperature of air-conditioning system by adjusting the mass fraction of TBAB solution.
