一种肩扛式火箭弹GNC系统的设计、研制与实验研究

摘要:现代高技术战争迫切需求将常规武器进行制导化改造。为此本文设计并研制了一种基于MIMU(微惯性测量单元),适用于单兵肩扛式火箭弹的低成本GNC(导航制导与控制)系统。从分析支架的结构强度和固有频率入手,改善MIMU在冲击和振动下的性能;针对肩扛弹发射准备时间短的要求,设计了快速初始对准和目标瞄准的方法;根据肩扛弹的特点设计了捷联导航解算和制导、控制的方法;并详细地介绍了控制系统校正的过程。最终通过实验表明本系统满足了设计要求。

Design, fabrication and testing of GNC for a pickaback rocket
Abstract:The urgent needs of modern high-tech war makes the conventional weapons guided. Based on the MIMU (micro-inertial measurement units), this paper design and fabrication a low-cost GNC (guidance navigation & control) system which is applicable to man-pickaback rocket. Start from the structural strength and inherent frequency of the bracket, the performance of MIMU under shock and vibration is improved; Considered the requests of short-time to prepare for launch, the rapid initial alignment and targeting methods are designed. Based on the characteristics of pickaback rocket,the strap-down navigation arithmetic, guidance and control methods are designed; And introduce the process of control system correction detailedly. The resulting experiments show that the system meets the needs of design.
