基于ANSYS的铝蜂窝夹层板等效弹性模量分析

摘要:铝蜂窝夹层板等效弹性模量的计算是结构分析的基础,本文利用ANSYS对铝蜂窝夹层板进行实体建模及受力分析,得出它的应力应变关系,算出它的等效弹性模量,然后用APDL参数化设计语言改变设计变量,得出不同情况下蜂窝结构的等效弹性模量,总结出它的变化规律,最后用理论解验证了有限元解法的合理性。

The Analysis of the Equivalent Elastic Modulus for the Aluminum Honeycomb Structure Based on ANSYS
Abstract:The acquisition of the equivalent elastics modulus for aluminum honeycomb sandwich plates is the basis of the structure analysis. In this paper, the solid modeling and force analysis of the aluminum honeycomb sandwich plates are made based on ANSYS. And its stress-strain relationship is obtained, which the equivalent elastic modulus can be calculated according to. Then with different parameters the value of the equivalent elastics modulus is obtained by APDL of ansys and the change law of the value is summarized. And the method of finite element is verified by the theoretical value.
