基于80C196KC的电控液力自动变速器控制系统开发

摘要:电控液力自动变速器大量运用于国内生产轿车,但大多数属于技术引进。为掌握电控液力自动变速器控制系统的核心技术,需从系统的硬件和软件进行深入研究。本文以凌志LS400轿车的A341自动变速器为对象,采用80C196KC单片机作为控制器,利用C196A开发板作为外围电路,设计制作了信号调理电路及驱动电路,开发系统的控制程序。使用信号模拟器及变速器阀体调试程序,模拟验证系统的性能。通过本文的研究,能掌握此类控制系统的开发方法。

Development of EAT`s Control System Base on 80C196KC
Abstract:Many saloon cars are equipped with electric automatic transmissions in my country, but most of them are mastered overseas auto corporation. The paper research on the hardware and software of EAT`s control system so that we can master the key technology of control system. An A341 AT of LEXUS LS400 is a researched project. An 80C196KC single chip was used the controller of this system. A C196A development board was used as the peripheral circuit. Designed and made some signal condition circuit and drive circuit, developed the control programs. A signal simulator and a valve housing of gearbox were used in debugging some programs of the system, and validated performance of the control system by simulation. By this studying, we can master the developing means of this control system.
