采煤机运动参数对块煤产量影响的研究

摘要:摘要:为了研究采煤机运动参数对块煤产量的影响,在假设采煤机的块煤产量服从威布尔分布的条件下,建立了采煤机块煤产量的数学模型,给出了模型中有关参量的确定方法,并利用计算机对采煤机工作过程5~15、15~25与25~50mm三种粒度的块煤产量进行了数值模拟,得出了采煤机运动参数(牵引速度和滚筒转速)对不同块煤产量的影响,为合理确定机器的运动参数、提高块煤产量和煤炭生产的经济效益提供了理论依据。

Study of Effect of continuous miner Kinematics parameters on Lump Coal Production
Abstract:Abstract:A lump coal production mathematic model of a drum shearer is established by assumpting that lump coal production of the machine obeys Weibull distribution in the paper, methods of determining parameters in the model are given, lump coal productions of 5~ 15、15~ 25 and 25~ 50 mm sizes formed during the machine works are simulated by means of computer simulation, effects of shearer kinematics parameters(drawing velocity and drum rotating speeds) on different lump coal productions are analyzed, which lay a theoretical basis for determining reasonably design parameters of the machine, increasing lump coal production and economic benefits of coal production.
