电化学辅助模板法制备银单晶纳米线阵列

摘要:采用电化学沉积的方法在氧化铝模板中合成了大面积、填充率高的单晶银纳米线阵列。采用场发射扫描电镜(FE-SEM)和透射电镜(TEM)对样品形貌进行了观察;X射线衍射(XRD)、选区电子衍射(SAED)和高分辨透射电镜(HRTEM)都证实纳米线是沿[110]方向生长的单晶银线;紫外-可见光吸收(Uv-vis Ab)光谱显示银纳米线的吸收峰发生了20 nm的蓝移,且吸收带宽化。

Electrochemical deposition assisting with AAM template fabricate Ag single-crystal nanowire arrays
Abstract:In this article, large-area, single-crystal, and high-filling Cu nanowire arrays have been fabricated by using electrochemical deposition assisting with AAM template at room temperature. FE-SEM and TEM studies show that the nanowires are dense and uniform with approximately 100% pore filling rate. The structure of the nanowire arrays has been determined by the XRD, SAED and HRTEM analysis. The Uv-vis Ab spectra shows a wider absorb area, and the absorb peak at 400 nm which is less 20 nm than bulk Ag.
