聚氨酯弹性体的醇降解研究

摘要:本文在恒温常压搅拌的条件下,以1,4-丁二醇为醇解剂,三乙醇胺为助醇解剂对聚氨酯弹性体废料进行降解。研究了改变醇解剂、助醇解剂、聚氨酯弹性体的比例对降解反应的影响,并对降解后的产物进行红外,粘度,羟值表征。结果表明,质量比为醇解剂:助醇解剂:聚氨酯弹性体为1:0.1:1时,降解条件最佳。

Glycolysis of polyurethane elastomers
Abstract:In this paper, we used a method for the degradation of polyurethane waste materials that the polyurethane was glycolysis by 1,4-hexanediol, and triethanolamine. The effect of the ratio of degrading agent and additive to polyurethane on the degradation was discussed, and the degradated products were characterized by FT-IR, viscosity and hydroxy vaule. Then, the optimum condition was obtained for the degradation: the ratio of degrading agent , additive to PU was 1:0.1:1.
