工业生产过渡过程的故障诊断方法研究及应用

摘要:本文针对聚丙烯这类典型的工业装置的生产过渡过程,运用多向主元分析(multiway principal component analysis, PCA)和多向偏最小二乘算法(multiway partial least squares, MPLS)模型进行了故障检测与诊断的研究。讨论了基于MPCA和MPLS的故障检测与诊断理论的几个主要方面和实现技术,进行了几种典型的生产故障的诊断与分析。结果表明,该方法对过程故障能实现有效的检测与诊断。

Study on the faults diagnose for industrial transient process
Abstract:In this paper, research of the fault detection and diagnosis was made by multiway principal component analysis (MPCA) and multiway partial least squares (MPLS) in view of the typical industrial transient process of propylene reactors. Several principal aspects of fault detection and diagnose theory and practice technique were discussed based on MPCA and MPLS. The diagnosing results to three typical operating faults showed that the method is effective and available.
