超高压力对ZA27合金晶体结构及组织细化的影响

摘要:研究了高机械压力作用下锌铝27合金的晶体结构与组织变化特征。常压与超高压5GPa比较下,富铝 相在(200)与(220)晶面处,晶面间距减小的比率分别为1.07%和1.15%,且一定晶面下的晶格常数随着压力的增大逐渐减小。根据形变功对晶粒尺寸影响的公式推导与Scherrer公式计算可以得出在一定的压力范围内,随着压力的增大晶粒尺寸变小,组织变细,这一结论与实验相符。

Effect on crystal structure and organization finement of
Abstract:The crystal structure and organization finement of ZA27 alloy under high pressure have been investigated. Common pressure compared with 5GPa, Al-rich phase in the (200) and (220) crystal faces, the reduced ratios of crystal surface distance are 1.07 percent and 1.15 percent, and the lattice constant of Al-rich phase reduced gradually with the pressure increased. According to the formula derivation of nucleation energy and the calculation of Scherrer formula,It shows that with the pressure increased, the crystal organization is fine within the bounds of certain pressure. This conclusion is consistent with the experiment.
