基于ANSYS的全封器上盖的疲劳分析

摘要:材料的疲劳特性是衡量结构安全可靠性的重要指标,本文在传统的单纯对结构进行强度校核设计的基础上,引入疲劳分析理念,实现了机械结构的全面分析设计。文中首先介绍了有限元分析软件ANSYS的疲劳分析思路和步骤,给出了全封器上盖的材料属性,根据疲劳分析相关理论公式,利用MATLAB拟合出材料的疲劳特性曲线,并在此基础上使用ANSYS疲劳分析模块对全封器上盖进行细部位置的疲劳寿命模拟分析,找出结构薄弱部位的疲劳寿命,预测出整个零件的疲劳寿命,保证了结构工作的安全可靠性,同时也为抗疲劳设计提供了可行的思路和依据。

Fatigue analysis of Top Cover of fully sealed valve based on ANSYS
Abstract:Material fatigue property is an important indicator to measure structural safety and reliability .This paper introduced the concept of fatigue analysis on the basis of simple intensity check of structure ,which achieved the overall design of mechanical structure .Steps of fatigue analysis with ANSYS are introduced and material property of fully sealed valve is given in the first place .Based on theory of fatigue analysis , S-N curve of material property is gained with MATLAB simulation , and then Fatigue analysis of detailed parts are carried out to find its corresponding lifetime ,which guarantees structural safety and reliability and provides feasible methods and foundation for antifatigue analysis .
