AlCl3-助催化剂体系催化合成金刚烷

摘要:以AlCl3-助催化剂的催化体系研究了桥式四氢双环戊二烯分两步反应合成金刚烷。在常压搅拌反应器中考察了每步催化剂、助催化剂种类及用量、反应温度、反应时间、萃取剂等因素对金刚烷收率的影响,确定了异构化合成金刚烷的最佳工艺条件。该工艺具有设备简单、助催化剂价格低廉易于工业化等特点。在最佳的工艺条件下,金刚烷的收率达88.6%以上。

Studies on the AlCl3-co-catalysts Systems for the
Abstract:Using endo-tetrahydrodicyclopentadiene as raw material and AlCl3-co- catalysts Systems as catalyst ,adamantane was synthesized by two steps.The effects of different facors on the isomerization reaction,such as the kinds of catalysts and co-catalysts and amount used, reaction temperature ,reaction time , and the kinds of extraction solvent and on the yield of adamantane were investigated in a conventional reactor.Optimum reaction conditions are obtained.The new technique has the adavantages of simple equipment, cheap co - catalyst ,and high yield of adamantane. Under optimum reaction contidions ,the yield of adamantane is up to 88.6%.
