碳纳米管的长度控制

摘要:碳纳米管由于具有独特的物理、化学以及结构特性,已经被证实具有广泛的应用前景。特定长度的碳纳米管是很多的应用中所必需的,因此,碳纳米管的长度控制是碳纳米管的研究和应用中很重要的一个问题。本文系统地介绍并比较了目前碳纳米管长度的各种控制方法,包括批量控制的方法和单根控制的方法,其中,单根控制又根据碳纳米管的不同研究和应用环境,分为基底上和针尖上的碳纳米管的长度控制。最后进行了总结并展望了碳纳米管长度控制的未来发展。

Length Control of Carbon Nanotubes
Abstract:Carbon nanotubes have been demonstrated to have wide applications due to unique physical, chemical and geometric properties. Since carbon nanotubes with specific length are needed in many applications, it’s very important to control the length of carbon nanotubes for their study and applications. In this paper, various methods for controlling the length of both mass carbon nanotubes and individual carbon nanotubes are reviewed. The methods for individual carbon nanotubes are further categorized according to the environments of study and applications. Finally, conclusion and foreground are presented.
