超临界流体脱脂改进香菇蛋白多糖分离工艺的研究

摘要:以香菇柄为对象,考察了在不同保压时间、不同CO2压力、不同温度下超临界CO2对香菇的脱脂率,考察了脱脂工艺对蛋白多糖提取的影响,结果表明:(1)随萃取时间的增加,脱脂率迅速增加,保压时间50min后趋向稳定;(2)较高的萃取温度有利于脱脂;(3)SC-CO2压力存在最适压力(10MPa),高于或低于此压力都会导致脱脂率降低;(4)香菇蛋白多糖的提取率随脱脂率提高而提高,SC- CO2萃取改进脱脂过程对提高香菇蛋白多糖提取率效果十分显著。

Improving on Extracting Protein-bond Polysaccharides From Lentinus Edodes (Berk) Sing Eegreased by SFE
Abstract:It was investigated that the rates of removing lipid from Lentinus edodes stem at different operation conditions, including retained time, CO2 pressure, temperature of SFE process. And the influence of degreasing technological processes on extracting protein-bond polysaccharides from Lentinus edodes stem was also examined. The results indicated that:(1)The degreased rate of Lentinus edodes stem material could be elevated rapidly with the increase of retained time untill 50 minutes; (2)Higher temperature was relatively beneficial to extracting lipid from Lentinus edodes stem;(3)There was the most suitable SC-CO2 pressure (10MPa) to extract lipid. The degreased rates would fall with SC-CO2 pressure over or under 10MPa;(4)The rate of recovery of protein-bond polysaccharides from Lentinus edodes was increased by the degreased rate augment. In a general way, removing lipid by SC- CO2 gave effect to improve the rate of recovery of protein-bond polysaccharides from Lentinus edodes (Berk) Sing.
