超声振动珩磨工艺参数的试验研究

摘要:功率超声振动珩磨是功率超声振动切削在珩磨中的应用,该方法对于零件内圆表面的精加工具有重要意义。本文通过改变磨粒的粒度、珩磨径向压力等参数对超声珩磨和普通珩磨的磨削效率进行了对比实验,并进行了工艺优化实验。实验结果表明:超声珩磨的去除率和工件表面质量都优于普通珩磨。文中还采用超声振动珩磨技术对38CrMnA特种缸套材料进行加工实验,以寻求最佳油石参数及工艺参数,实验结果表明得出的最优油石参数及工艺参数完全满足实际的生产需要,为超声振动珩磨加工缸套类零件提供了可靠的工艺参数,具有广阔的应用前景。

Experiment on the Technological Parameters of the Ultrasonic Vibration Honing
Abstract:The power ultrasonic vibration honing is the application of power ultrasonic vibration cutting in the field of honing, which has the important meaning in precision work about internal bore surface. This paper takes the check test to the material removal rate between the ultrasonic vibration honing and the ordinary honing by changing the abrasive particle size, the honing radial pressure on the parameters, then the optimizing technological test to the ultrasonic vibration honing is taken. The result shows that both the removal rate and the worked surface quality worked by the ultrasonic honing are much better than the ordinary honing. At the end, the38 CrMnA military ** cylinder is processed by the ultrasonic vibration honing technology to get the best oilstone parameters and process parameters. The test result indicates that the parameters meet the actual needs of production and reach a new height in this field, which provides the reliable technological parameter for the ultrasonic vibration honing to process cylinder and has a broad application in prospect.
