焊接参数对镁合金焊接等离子体电子温度的影响

摘要:在前期工作中,利用光谱仪采集了钨极氩弧焊(TIG)焊接及复合热源焊接过程中的等离子体光谱信息,并采用波尔兹曼图线法计算了焊接等离子体的电子温度。在此基础上,本文研究了焊接速度、焊接电流、激光功率等一系列参数对焊接等离子体电子温度的影响,并且分析了各焊接参数引起等离子体电子温度变化的原因,为优化焊接工艺、建立激光-电弧复合焊接质量控制系统、完善激光-电弧复合热源焊接理论体系提供实验基础。

The effect of welding parameters on the electron temperature of magnesium welding plasma
Abstract:In the previous work, spectra information of welding plasmas in TIG welding and hybrid welding processes is acquired and the electron temperature of welding plasma is estimated by. Based on this, the effect of welding parameters, such as arc current, welding speed, laser power and so on, on the electron temperature of welding plasmas are studied in this article. In addition, the reason that welding parameters induce the variations of electron temperature of welding plasma is analyzed, which supplies experimental basis for directing practical welding process, founding quality-control system of laser/arc hybrid welding process and perfecting laser/arc hybrid welding theory.
