沿空小煤柱巷道支护研究

摘要:针对沿空掘进小煤柱巷道的条件,分析了支撑压力分布规律的形成和小煤柱护巷的理论依据,确定了巷道支护参数,提出了煤巷高强预应力锚网索支护技术。通过对试验巷道付村煤矿3上411巷道周边收敛位移和锚杆工作状态进行观测及数据处理分析,研究了巷道顶板、两帮及围岩深部变形规律,并分析锚杆变形规律与支护结构的合理性,以评价巷道支护的现状,判别巷道的稳定性,提出技术改进措施,保证巷道在正常掘进和在服务期间的使用。本次试验结果表明采用高强锚杆支护系统能有效地保持沿空掘进巷道的稳定性,具有一定的推广应用价值。

Supporting research on shallow pillar roadway along goaf
Abstract:In view of the conditions tunneling small pillar along the goaf, the paper analyses the distribution rule of abutment pressure and the theoretical basis of narrow pillar drift and the support parameters are reasonably determined.,then the general idea of pretension bolt/steel mesh/anchor is put forward. Based on the pressure observation and displacement measurement of the new 3 up 411 working face of FuCun coal mine, the article also analyses the result of pressure observation and measurement. It puts on the characteristic of the tunnel surrounding rock deformation and the bolt stress distribution, and estimates the bolting support and the stabilization of tunnel and improvement about the design. Then the normal roadways driving and service period using are ensured. The results of this paper show that the high pretension bolt/steel mesh/anchor support ended with an successful engineering instance, which has some value of generalization and application.
