溶剂对助焊剂性能的影响

摘要:为了研究溶剂对助焊剂性能的影响,选用了四种不同的醚与单一醇复配作为溶剂配制出四种助焊剂,通过扩展实验、润湿力实验和表面绝缘电阻测试,评价各种助焊剂的性能。研究结果表明,溶剂种类对助焊剂的平均扩展率、润湿性能和表面绝缘电阻均有影响:与焊料熔点相近的溶剂具有大的平均扩展率;对活性剂有较好溶解能力的溶剂能够促进助焊剂活性的发挥,提高润湿速率;与焊料熔点相差最大的溶剂对表面绝缘电阻的影响也最显著。

Influence of the solvent for flux
Abstract:In order to study the effect of various solvents on the performances of flux, four kinds of ethers and a certain alcohol were mixed to prepare four different kinds of fluxes. Moreover, the performances of the fluxes were investigated with the test of expansion、wettability and surface insulation resistance. The results indicated that the solvents’ types have the effects on the average spread rate, the wetting performance and the surface insulation resistance. The solvent whose boiling point close to the solder’s melting point has the bigger average spread rate; The solvent which has strong dissolving capacity can promote the flux’s active; The solvent whose boiling point has the biggest different with the solder’ welding point has remarkable effect on the surface insulation resistance.
