偏航轴承的UG参数化设计及ANSYS有限元分析

摘要:本文详细阐述了在UG的建模模块中,利用表达式功能实现外圈带齿偏航轴承参数化设计和精确造型的过程,并准确建立了偏航轴承三维模型。然后将其导入ANSYS中,并利用一种新型方法对外圈轮齿在啮合过程具体的载荷施加位置进行了准确定位。最终通过有限元分析得出轮齿的应力、应变状况,该结果对偏航轴承外圈的设计、改进提供了一定的参考价值。

Parametric Design and Finite Element Analysis of Yawing Bearing
Abstract:In the modeling module of UG, the method of 3-D modeling and parametric design is described. This article details the process for using the function of expression of UG to realize the parameterized designing and precise modeling for a yawing bearing, and establishes a 3-D model which is inputted ANSYS. In this software, it uses a new method to make sure the position that the pressure is forced is exact and elicit the stress situation. The research results has reference value to the optimization design and improving of the Yawing Bearing.
