新型光敏剂HA的激发特性与光敏化测量系统

摘要:有机功能分子在当前开发新型光电子材料和PDT(photodynamic therapy,简称光动力疗法)光敏剂方面是一个重要的研究热点;开发和研究具有优良光敏特性的新型光敏剂具有重要意义。为了对候选光敏剂竹红菌甲素( HA) 进行改性并保持其优异的敏化特性,对HA 的光谱特性和激发态性质作进一步的指认。利用HA的激射效应从一个侧面证实了ESIPT的存在,对于HA分子需要双光子吸收才能实现ESIPT过程;并给出HA激发态质子转移模型。建立了一种新的测量HA单态氧荧光光谱和量子产率的方法,定量测定了HA光敏剂敏化单态氧的量子产率。结果表明:测定单态氧在1270nm的荧光光谱,是测量HA敏化单态氧量子产率的有效方法。
