基于自适应混合差分进化算法的水火电力系统短期发电计划优化

摘要:针对水火电力系统发电计划优化问题求解的难题,引入差分进化算法(DE),提出一种自适应混合差分进化算法(AHDE)。该算法在计算过程中自适应的调整交叉算子,在保持种群多样性的同时提高算法的全局搜索能力;利用模拟退火算法(SA)的搜索能力克服DE在寻优过程中容易早熟收敛的缺点。同时,针对AHDE难以处理实际工程问题中复杂约束条件,提出一种适合AHDE的约束处理方法。将AHDE应用于求解某水火电力系统的发电计划优化问题,优化计算结果以及与其他求解方法的对比分析表明,AHDE求解精度高,计算速度快,为水火电力系统短期发电计划优化提供一条全新的途径。

Short-Term Scheduling Optimization of Hydro-thermal Power Systems Based on Adaptive Hybrid Differential Evolution Algorithm
Abstract:To solve short-term scheduling optimization of hydro-thermal power systems with differential evolution algorithm (DE), an adaptive hybrid differential evolution algorithm (AHDE) is proposed. The algorithm proposed adjusts the cross operator according to the computation process to preserve the diversity of the population and enhance the globe convergence ability of the algorithm. Simulated annealing (SA) is adopted for its strong search ability to overcome the premature convergence of DE. In view of the critical shortcoming such as lack of precision when applied to solve actual nonlinear engineering problem with complicated constraints of AHDE, a constraints handle method fit for AHDE is presented. The proposed algorithm is applied to a practical calculation example, experimental results verify the successful application of AHDE,compared with other algorithms, AHDE can find the global optimum solution quickly with high precision, therefore a new method is proposed for short-term scheduling optimization of hydro-thermal power systems.
