次贷危机与我国商业银行风险探讨

摘要:房地产因能给商业银行带来丰厚的利润且具有资产额度大、保值能力较强、产权制度明确等特点,已经成为各商业银行贷款最强有力的抵押工具。前几年,在我国房地产投资迅速增长、房地产业蓬勃发展的背后,是商业银行房地产金融资金的大量投入,但是由于企业融资渠道的单一,使得商业银行成为了房地产金融风险的主要承担者,这种风险在经济扩张时期不断积累,具有极大的危险性,一旦经济衰落,将迅速波及到整个金融体系乃至影响国民经济的稳定和发展。美国次贷危机目前正愈演愈烈,成为近期全球投资者关注的焦点。虽然目前我国还不具备发生次贷危机的条件,但这场风波仍为我们敲响了居安思危的警钟。本文对美国次贷危机进行了剖析,分析了中国商业银行信贷现状与问题,并提出相应的借鉴建议。

Study on Loan Crisis in America and the Risk of Commercial Bank in China
Abstract:Since that real estate, which can bring huge profits to banks, has some characteristics like large amount of assets, the ability of maintaining value, and the clear property rights mechanism, it has already been become the most powerful collateral tool to the loan of commercial banks. On the background of the rapid growth of real estate investment and the flourish of real estate industry in China in other years, commercial banks have input a large number of capital in the bussiness scope of real estate. However, because of the single financing channels, commercial banks are becoming the main bearer of financial risks of real estate. The risk continues to accumulate in the period of economic expansion, it will be extremely dangerous once the economic recession happens, and the risk will rapidly spread to the entire financial system and will influence the stability and development of the national economy. Therefore, it is positive to discuss the real estate mortgage loans of the banking risk control in the cyclical fluctuations.U.S.loan crisis being intensified become the focus of attention of global investors recently. Although China has not yet taken place at loan-to-crisis conditions, the trouble is that we remain vigulant in peace time sounded the alarm. This paper analyzes on U.S.loan crisis and the credit status of the problem of China’s commercial banks, and proposes revelant recommendations at last.
