三波长-紫外分光光度法测定黄芩水提物中黄芩苷的含量

摘要:目的:测定黄芩水提物中黄芩苷的含量。方法:以黄芩苷为标样,采用三波长-紫外分光光度法结合紫外光谱扫描图谱和一次微分光谱扫描图谱,测定了黄芩水提物中黄芩苷的含量,并进行了稳定性、精密度和加标回收实验,验证方法的准确性。结果:黄芩苷标准溶液在0.5~12.0μg/ml范围内浓度与吸光度呈良好的线性关系,线性回归方程:△A=0.03463C-0.00142,相关系数r=0.99996,五组样品测得的相对标准偏差RSD<2.15,样品平均回收率为98.882%~100.280%。结论:本法操作简便、快速、准确, 具有良好的分析应用前景。

Determination of Baicalin Content in the Water Extraction of Scutellaria Baicalensis Georgi by Three-wavelength UV Spectrophotometry
Abstract:Objective: Determination of baicalin content in the water extraction of Scutellaria Baicalensis Georgi. Methods: Taking baicalin as standard sample, using three-wavelength UV spectrophotometry with ultraviolet spectrum scanning graph and primary subdifferential spectral scanning graph, determining baicalin content in the water extraction of Scutellaria Baicalensis Georgi, then inspecting the accuracy by stability test, precision test and recovery test. Results: The range of linearity with concentration and absorbance of standard baicalin was between0.5~12.0μg/ml, linearity relationship △A=0.03463C-0.00142, correlativity was 0. 99996, RSD < 2.15. Recovery rate was 98.882%~100.280%. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid, accurate and has bright future on analysis application.
