易燃煤层瓦斯抽放钻孔CO来源分析研究

摘要:通过调研陈家山煤矿瓦斯抽放钻孔CO出现情况,本文对于矿井416回采工作面易燃煤层瓦斯抽放钻孔内CO产生来源进行了分析。经过实验研究,得出了煤炭低温氧化反应所产生的CO及其与温度之间变化规律,发现反应初始阶段CO浓度有一个降低特性。再根据现场瓦斯抽放钻孔布置状况,建立了钻内不同气体组分来源分析模型,经过分析得到钻孔CO主要来自钻孔煤壁以及相通的采空区,这一研究结果对于指导煤矿现场预防自燃火灾有一定的借鉴作用。

Study on Analyzing the Source of CO Occurred in Methane Drainage Boring for the Flammable Coal Seam
Abstract: Based on the condition of CO occurred in the methane drainage boring at the 416 work-face in Chen Jiashan Mine. An analysis for discovering the source of CO was come into being in the paper. By the experimenting, It was found that CO can be produced during the coal oxygenation reaction at low temperature degree, and a speciality rule was discovered that the consistence of CO will become lower with the increase of temperature while the coal oxygenation reaction starting. Besides, there is a analyzing model about the source of mixture gases was set up based on real style of methane drainage boring laying in the coal seam. It was found that different kinds come from different area, and the CO is come from boring wall and the goaf connected to the boring. The result of study is useful for reference for preventing the spontaneous combustion disaster in coal mines.
