溶剂对荆树皮-戊二醛结合鞣革热稳定性的影响

摘要:研究了以荆树皮和戊二醛为基础结合鞣的最佳鞣制顺序,并采用不同浓度脲、不同pH及不同极性有机溶剂对处理两种顺序鞣制下湿态和干态时的革样,通过测定其收缩温度并与其正常鞣制时收缩温度的比较探讨了不同溶剂对结合鞣革稳定性的影响,结果显示:先荆树皮后戊二醛鞣制效果较好,其Ts均可达到90℃以上;荆树皮-戊二醛顺序鞣得坯革烘干后再浸泡溶剂影响较湿态时的小,而戊二醛-荆树皮鞣革则刚鞣制完即进行溶剂浸泡得坯革耐热稳定性降低幅度较小。

Affection of Solvent to the Thermal Stability of Leather Treated with Mimosa and Glutaraldehyde
Abstract:Mimosa (MI) and glutaraldehyde (GA) as the basic tanning agents, the influence of tanning sequence on hydrothermal stability of leather has been researched in combination tannage. Using the solvent which were 0.5 mol/L, 1.0 mol/L, 2.0 mol/L urea, pH4.0, pH6.0, pH10.0, rap oil, glycerin and mixed oil to soak the leather tanned with the two sequences and dried leather. By measuring the leather samples’ shrinkage temperature, the tanning mechanism of combination tannage with MI and GA was discussed, and the affect of the nine kinds of solvent on hydrothermal stability of different leather was analyzed. The results shows that leather tanned with MI-GA sequence has a better thermal stability than GA-MI sequence, and their Ts can reach 90℃. pH has an obvious influence on thermal stability. And all the solvents have a little decrease to the Ts of dried MI-GA leather, on the contrary, the reduced degree of leather tanned with GA-MI is more weak than the dried one.
