雷公藤无性系苗木内源植物激素研究

摘要:对雷公藤(Tripterygium wilfordii Hook.f.)23个无性系苗木的内源植物激素进行研究,结果表明雷公藤无性系间的IAA、GA、ABA、ZR含量具有一定差异性,差异程度表现为IAA>GA>ABA>ZR;IAA、GA、ZR三种激素的含量存在极显著的正相关关系,ABA的含量与上述三种激素间没有明显的相关性;雷公藤无性系间内源激素间的平衡性较差,ABA/IAA、ABA/GA、ABA/ZR、ABA/(IAA+GA+ZR)的变异系数大于IAA、GA、ABA、ZR的变异系数。

Research on endogenous hormones in clonalTripterygium wilfordii Hook.f
Abstract:Significant variance of endogenous hormone content was found among the TW clones regarding on IAA, GA, ABA and ZR and obvious correlation was found among the 4 endogenous hormones, of which very positive among IAA, GA and ZR. It suggested the content of 3 hormones is closely correlated with each other and the variance trend similar among different clones. By the way the ABA content is independent with the others. The hormones should play influential effect on the growth and development of TW plantlets by interaction, and the variability of ABA/IAA,ABA/GA,ABA/ZR,ABA/(IAA+GA+ZR) are larger than that of IAA,GA,ABA,ZR.
